SONG CIRCLES sponsored BY THE COXHEATH HILLS COMMUNITY CENTRE BUT NOW ARE hosted BY SHIRLEY & CO. 

MUSIC AND CONVERSATION. 

Shirley, a community member, is now in charge of these events and has done a tremendous job of hosting, and getting some of the great local talent in to share their music. Shirley, a musician herself, also interviews each of the artist for a lively, fun and intimate conversation. The response has been nothing short of wonderful! She will complete her winter monthly series in May of 2025 and will be doing a different event over the summer months. 

Stay tuned! Shirley & Co. will host two more song circles before the summer break. 

The next one is scheduled for Sunday April 27, 2025 from 2-4:30pm.

The performers will be Mike Lelieve, a performer and bandmate of the popular Slowcoaster group. He hails from Sydney and has done a great deal for the local music scene.

The second performer, Shirley’s friend and former bandmate in NFLD, is Sherry Ryan. Sherry, while on tour, will stop by the community centre to share her talent as a singer/songwriter.

Tickets are $20.00. there is even split, door prize, and cash bar.

Each of these performers will have with them some merchandise for sale so bring extra cash to purchase.
